Proptech Collective operate as a non-profit.

Our story starts in 2019 where a group of proptech euthanistics recognize distinct silos across the real estate and technology industries and important voices being left out of the conversation.

We see this an opportunity to come together to find better solutions faster and build a better communities.

Why Vancouver? Vancouver stands as Canada’s second-largest proptech hub, housing over 80 startups that are transforming the real estate landscape. The city’s unique combination of a robust real estate market and a thriving tech ecosystem makes it an ideal environment for proptech innovation.

Our goal is to continue fostering a vibrant proptech ecosystem in Vancouver by hosting impactful events, publishing industry insights, and creating opportunities for collaboration.
