The Growth Summit is designed for founders and sales/growth leaders at Canadian proptech companies that are:

  • Experiencing rapid growth and ready to scale

  • Typically between Seed and Series B

  • Operating with teams of 10–50+ people

  • Actively selling into the real estate or construction industries

  • Companies from across Canada are welcome.

We’re taking over the entire restaurant and patio for a private founder dinner to kick things off.

We are closing the day with two, concurrent sessions. 

This hands-on session will be led by Brad Hargreaves (Common, General Assembly). This is a condensed live version of his premium 5-hour course on selling into CRE. 

This breakout will focus on the residential real estate industry with lessons learned, market dynamics, and practical playbooks from experienced leaders on what’s worked for companies targeting agents, brokerages, and homebuyers/sellers.
