scaling program

There’s no playbook for selling proptech—so we created the Growth Summit.

This half-day, in-person gathering is for proptech founders and sales/growth leaders to share collective wisdom around scaling companies, selling to real estate customers, and expanding outside of Canada. We will bring in some great speakers, but there will also be a focus on building relationships and sharing experiences amongst the attendees.

Where? Downtown Toronto

When? Week of July 14 or 21, 2025
Date options are listed in the application form and will be confirmed in the next two weeks based on applicant preferences.

What’s so special about it?

  • It’s 100% proptech-focused.

Every session, speaker, and insight is tailored to the realities of selling to real estate customers.

  • Real examples, not theory.

Speakers and participants share actual playbooks, wins, and missteps that you can apply to your businesses.

  • Built for connection.

A curated, in-person event designed for honest conversations.

  • Highly curated.

essions are shaped based on participants' backgrounds and needs—your input from the application helps us shape the agenda.

Who is this for?

The Growth Summit is designed for founders and sales/growth leaders at Canadian proptech companies that are:

  • Experiencing rapid growth and ready to scale

  • Typically between Seed and Series B

  • Operating with teams of 10–50+ people

  • Actively selling into the real estate or construction industries

  • Companies from across Canada are welcome.

What to expect?

We’ll kick things off with an intimate dinner—an opportunity to build connections before diving into the main event.

At the Growth Summit, you’ll spend the day with experienced founders and sales leaders who will share honest, behind-the-scenes stories: what worked, what didn’t, and what they wish they’d known earlier.

Session Themes

Sessions will explore growth strategies, the cost of scale (including key tradeoffs and the challenges around scaling teams), and lessons learned selling into the real estate and construction industries.

Optional deep dives on PR/Marketing and Office Hours with real estate customers and investors.

All topics and activities will be finalized and shaped by participants’ interests shared in the application.

Highlights from last year

Our inaugural Growth Summit brought together 30+ proptech founders and sales leaders from across Canada.

Featured speakers included Aaron Zifkin (first Airbnb hire in Canada), Tama Huang (Chief Strategy & Growth Officer of Cherre), Hugh Kolias (Former Founder of Yuhu), and Ross McCredie (CEO of Sutton Group).

What attendees said:

“The Proptech Growth Summit was an incredible experience that was both intimate and informative. It gathered great proptech entrepreneurs and early stage employees all in one place for a collaborative experience that was much more than just a list of speakers.”

“The size and intimacy of the event was really amazing. Compared to other industry events, it was extremely refreshing to be in such a small setting with such great speakers. It felt very personal and direct and each speaker was accessible for 1:1s after their sessions.”

“I particularly appreciated the focus on real-world challenges and solutions in selling to real estate customers. “
