EXPORT PROGRAM

Attend a top proptech conference — and get up to half your costs covered

Canadian proptech is ready for the global stage.

We exist to help Canadian proptech companies grow — and we want to bring Canadian innovation to the world.

We're helping our members step onto the international stage by covering up to 50% of your conference trip costs so you can head to the top proptech conferences without the full price tag.

Spots are limited per conference and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a conference is full, it's full.

Members only.
This program is exclusively available to paid Proptech Collective company members.
Not a member yet? You'll need to join before your spot is confirmed.

A FEW QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE

Can I get the subsidy for multiple conferences?

No — the subsidy covers one company, one attendee, one conference per year. We encourage you to choose the conference that best aligns with your target market and business goals.

Can multiple people from my company apply?

To support as many member companies as possible, the subsidy is limited to one individual per company per year. Any additional attendees will need to cover their own expenses. We will do our best to secure additional discounts.

What if I already bought my ticket?

As long as you are approved for the program and a Company member of Proptech Collective, the ticket your purchased is eligible for up to 50% rebate.

Is there a cap on the total reimbursement?

Yes, specific caps vary by expense category and conference location (International vs. North American) to ensure equitable distribution of funds. Details provided upon approval.

Is there a conference agenda I need to follow if I am admitted to the program?

Not at all — your schedule is entirely your own. Feel free to extend your trip to fit in additional business conversations. We'll be there to provide support as needed, but how you spend your time is up to you.

What needs to be reported back to Proptech Collective after the conference?

After the conference, you need to submit post-conference feedback and metrics, including but not limited to:

  • Number of attendees you engaged with

  • Leads generated from the conference, with a few examples if possible

  • Number of follow-up meetings arranged with conference attendees

  • Conversion of any leads into customers

Furthermore, we will require receipts for your expenses.
