A high-impact program designed for early-stage entrepreneurs who are building proptech or contech startups. You’ll gain access to key resources to accelerate growth, refine fundraising and customer pitches, and build meaningful connections.
10 hours, in-person (no endless Zoom) in downtown Toronto.
This program is free to Proptech Collective members and $225 to non-members.

How are we different?
This is not a sit-back-and-listen program, but will be a highly interactive experience where the majority of your time will be in small groups. The best way to learn and get the most from this, is by coming prepared, asking questions, sharing context, and engaging in practical discussion.
Your input will help shape the program. We ask for your specific challenges in advance and design each session around what most of the founders in the room are actually navigating.
Built specifically for tech founders in real estate and construction, the insights are sector-relevant and practical. You will be alongside peers building in similar spaces and gain insights from operators who’ve already been in your shoes.

Kick-off Dinner
Thursday, Apr 23, 6-8pm
An intimate gathering with fellow participants and industry experts to set the stage for your journey.
Founder Blindspots: Expert Rotations
Thursday, Apr 30, 5-7pm
A fast-paced, small-group clinic where you will spend time with several sector experts to build a foundational understanding of the core issues every founder will face — topics will range from launching successful pilots to fundraising.
Been There, Built That: A Proptech AMA
Thursday, May 7, 5-7pm
A candid “ask me anything” with proptech founders who will share the real moments of business building — missteps, pivots, tough conversations, and behind-the-scenes decisions that rarely make it to the public.
Graduation networking event
June (TBC)
A large-scale networking event to expand your industry connections and take the next step in your entrepreneurial journey!

We’re looking for entrepreneurs early-stage proptech entrepreneurs who meet the following criteria:
Focus: Building a Toronto-based proptech or contech startup — or an innovative, technology-enabled company serving the real estate and construction industries.
Location: Toronto
Stage: Early Stage defined as:
In operation for less than 18 months
Have an MVP or early-stage product
Raised less than CA$1M in funding
Attendance: If selected, you must be able to attend three of the four program activities.
If you do not meet all the criteria, but would consider yourself at a similar stage, you are encouraged to apply.
Fostering diversity
The global real estate industry has long struggled with diversity, and we are committed to changing that. We are putting an emphasis on recruiting equity-deserving groups to our program, including but not limited to Women, People of Colour, Indigenous, 2SLGBTQQIA+, Newcomers to Canada, People with Disabilities.
There will be specialized support for you. Your mentors and speakers are not only industry experts but also advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion, bringing firsthand experience in navigating systemic challenges.

Paid members: Free to join
Non-members: CA$225. Join us as a member.
