At our core is a belief in the power of meaningful connections.
Our events, educational content, and community initiatives focus on identifying tangible steps to advance technology and innovation in the real estate industry.
Our commitment extends beyond borders, we actively champion and showcase the contributions of Canadian proptech companies domestically and internationally.
As a collective of real estate professionals, technologists, entrepreneurs, and community builders, we believe technological innovation can change the built world for the better.
Our activities fall into three main areas:
We host educational and social events across the country and in the US to help Canadian proptech companies build relationships with other startups, customers, and investors. We provide an authentic forum to meet, learn and work with each other. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do.
We help export-ready companies access global business opportunities through our wide network of proptech associations and government agencies around the world, as well as hold virtual and in-person programming that connects members with prospective customers.
We act as a thought leader by publishing the only comprehensive Canadian proptech report and promoting proptech companies through media and content. The report helps bring global attention to our proptech industry's strength and potential.
Through the collision of people and experiences, we provide our members with the opportunity to make meaningful connections and elevate their work.
Since 2019, we have hosted events across Canada and the US to champion Canadian proptech on a global scale.
Real estate professionals, technologists, entrepreneurs, and city builders have come together to learn from one another and to support our growing community.
As the only comprehensive report on the Canadian proptech landscape, our report showcases Canadian innovation and has reached executive teams, investors, lenders, and governments around the world.
Helped us get here today and we couldn’t be more thankful for our dedicated team of volunteers.
We’ve partnered up with Dentons to host monthly interviews highlighting the stories of founders, investors, real estate professionals, city builders, and change-makers that are part of the Proptech Collective community.
Learn about why we started this initiative, our hosts, and what you can expect from future episodes in our introductory video.
